SOS & Location Logs: When an SOS alert is triggered, we collect the timestamp and current location to accurately inform your connected family members.

The primary purpose of collecting this data is exclusively to facilitate the core functions of the NIYOVA service: updating connected family members on your wellbeing, battery status, medication adherence, and location in the event of an emergency SOS.
